The University of Columbia’s average cost of study is $23,306 after aid and this comprises grants and scholarships from the institution, state, and federal government. And the average cost to expend before aid is $77,603. This is just on the average calculation not based on the total amount a student is expected to spend per semester or term. Tuition for 2022–2023

For the 2021 academic year just as it’s always, flat rate tuition is charged for every student, not minding the number of credits a student takes, once a student enrolled for eight months terms or semesters which is equivalent to four years, such student will pay a flat rate of $30,257 per semester.

However, postgraduate special students and degree applicants enrolled for a ninth semester will be charged according to the per-point system, and the per-point cost is $2,022.

Document Fee

All the applicants registering for the first time at Columbia University will be charged a one-time document fee of $105, which afterward allows you to request transcripts, enrollment, and degree certifications, and of course to get mailing of the original certificate at no extra cost. International Services Charge

Every student holding a non-resident visa is billed for international services charge of $120 every semester, making $240 for one academic year in 2021/2022. This fee is charged to support the University’s services to international students.
