Nokia Foundation Scholarships are educational financial support schemes that help students pursue their education for free. The schemes are offered to encourage efficiency and progress in doctoral studies and academic research.
The scholarship scheme is given mainly to the students pursuing their doctorate degrees in Information Communication and Technology or any related scientific areas.
The scholarship will be granted in any of the Finnish universities.
Requirements
The applicants interested in the scholarship scheme must have these requirements:
- Master degree from recognised institution.
- High Grade Point Adjustment
- Receive commitment statement from his/her supervisor who must be a professor, or a senior scientist or docent at the university where applicants are pursuing their courses or have pursued their courses and the said statement must submit any of those mentioned above.
Submission Deadline
Application begins on August 7, 2023 and the deadline for submission is September 20, 2023 and the beneficiaries of the scholarships will be announced in December, 2023 on the foundation’s website.
Value of the Scholarship
The scholarship scheme’s grant is €6000 and one person can only get the scholarship in a lifetime.
